NiceRec is a tool that extracts location information from YouTube travel videos and presents them in a mapped list format. We analyze video content to identify places, restaurants, attractions, and other locations mentioned by content creators.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to save lists and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have any billing concerns.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our service, including attempting to access it through automated means beyond normal usage, interfering with other users, or using extracted data for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The NiceRec service, including its design and functionality, is owned by us. Video content analyzed through our service remains the property of the original creators. We do not claim ownership of any YouTube content.
7. Disclaimer
Location information extracted by NiceRec is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any location data. Always verify information before visiting any location.
8. Limitation of Liability
NiceRec is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
